Robert Reganyan is a distinguished attorney with a focus on corporate transactions, estate planning, and bankruptcy. Robert has extensive experience advising companies and high net worth individuals in various stages of their business and personal life. He advises companies and individuals with business transactions, entity formations, dissolutions, and bankruptcies under Chapter 7, Chapter 11, and Chapter 13, with a dedication toward helping clients discharge debts while achieving optimal outcomes for creditors as his clients continue to flourish in their business. Robert is known for achieving creative solutions to meet his clients’ objectives.
