Ronald K. Sittler stands as a distinguished figure in the legal community with over 25 years of exemplary experience as a litigator. His profound expertise has been instrumental in navigating complex commercial disputes for financial institutions and businesses, showcasing his adeptness in a vast array of legal arenas including complex loan work-outs, partnership conflicts, wrongful termination, and bet the company litigation.  Ron’s remarkable tenure includes serving as lead trial counsel in numerous jury trials, bench trials, and arbitrations, demonstrating his unparalleled ability to achieve favorable outcomes for his clients.

Throughout his illustrious career, Mr. Sittler has held partnership positions at globally recognized law firms such as Bingham McCutchen LLP, Strook & Strook & Lavan LLP, and Blank Rome LLP. His commitment to excellence and client success has earned him the prestigious title of Super Lawyer seven times in the years 2014, 2015, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2023, and 2024, and he was highlighted by Hollywood Reporter in their 2009 Top 100 Entertainment Lawyers edition.

Outside of his legal practice, Ron is a member of the International Film and Television Alliance legal committee, where he works to identify and resolve current issues affecting the distribution of independent films.  He previously served on the board of directors for America SCORES LA, a non-profit entity that works to provide after school programs for kids in under-served communities of Los Angeles. He also worked with Kids in Sports and the Venice Boys and Girls Club, and previously served as a member of the Venice Neighborhood Community Association.

Ron attended the United States Air Force Academy where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Human Factors Engineering. He holds a Master of Public Administration from the University of Southern California, and he received his Juris Doctor from Whittier College, where he served as an editor of the Whittier Law Review and graduated cum laude.
