Yulia Lensky

Yulia Lensky is a corporate attorney with a broad transactional practice. She advises clients on entity formation, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and financing transactions, including venture capital and private equity. Yulia works closely with clients throughout all stages of the transaction process — from structuring and negotiation to implementation and post-closing support.
 

She has experience across a variety of industries, including media and entertainment, hospitality, retail and consumer products, professional services, and manufacturing. Yulia is known for her practical, business-focused approach and her ability to simplify complex legal issues.
 

Yulia earned her B.A. in Law from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO), one of Russia’s leading universities for legal and international studies, and her LL.M., with honors, from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles. She is a member of the State Bar of California.
 

Prior to joining Concord Legal Group, PC, Yulia worked in other corporate law groups, including Century City’s Sklar Kirsh LLP and Ervin Cohen & Jessup LLP in Beverly Hills, where she gained extensive experience in corporate and real estate matters.
