 Koah M. Doud is a distinguished corporate attorney with significant experience in variety of corporate and commercial law matters. With a focus on delivering excellence, he represents businesses across different stages of their lifecycle. Mr. Doud provides counsel to companies and their owners in mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financing, venture capital, secured transactions, corporate formations and entity law, and commercial transactions.

Mr. Doud has played a pivotal role in multimillion-dollar transactions for both public and private companies, collaborating with and negotiating against esteemed private equity firms. Not confined to high-stakes negotiations, Mr. Doud has a deep understanding of corporate law and regularly advises start-ups on formations, business structuring, and commercial operations. As a former member of the Delaware Bar, Mr. Doud has extensive knowledge of Delaware corporate and alternative entity law. 

With a commitment to understanding what matters to his clients, Mr. Doud combines technical prowess and zealous negotiation skills with white glove service. His experience includes roles as Corporate Counsel at Thermo Fisher Scientific and as an Associate Attorney with Morris Nichols Arsht & Tunnell LLP, where he was part of the commercial law counseling group.

Mr. Doud holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from the University of California, Berkeley, and earned his Juris Doctor from Penn State Law.
